Prof. Aditya Wibawa Sakti Delivers Keynote Lecture at the 2nd ICESAS 2026

Professor Aditya Wibawa Sakti delivered a keynote lecture at the 2nd International Conference on Environmental Sciences, Agriculture, and Sustainability (ICESAS 2026), held at Universitas Pattimura, Indonesia. The conference, themed “Innovative and Collaborative Approaches to Optimizing Marine, Agricultural, and Archipelagic Resources for Sustainable National Development,” provided an opportunity for researchers and academics to share scientific insights and discuss innovative approaches to sustainability. During the conference, Prof. Sakti delivered a keynote lecture entitled “Unveiling Ion Conduction in PAN/LiFTFSI Polymer-in-Salt Electrolytes: A Molecular-Dynamics View of Structure, Transport, and Design.” His presentation highlighted recent research conducted at Sakti Laboratory, focusing on the molecular mechanisms of lithium-ion transport in polymer-based electrolytes. Using molecular dynamics simulations, the study explored how polymer structures and ionic networks influence ion mobility and conductivity, providing insights into the development of safer and more efficient energy storage materials. The findings emphasized the importance of interconnected ionic pathways in enhancing lithium-ion transport, offering valuable perspectives for the molecular design of next-generation battery electrolytes. Prof. Sakti’s participation in ICESAS 2026 reflects the laboratory’s continued commitment to advancing computational materials science and contributing to sustainable energy technologies through molecular-level research.
